Nutritionist and Founder –
Elaine D’Arcy Nutrition & Wellbeing
Elaine was inspired to study Nutritional Therapy several years ago when she was diagnosed with a chronic health condition. After she experienced how changes to lifestyle and diet had a massive, positive impact on her health, she became passionate about the power of food and the benefits it can have both physically and emotionally. She wanted others to experience these benefits too. She has a special interest in ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia that started when a family member became affected. Elaine understands the struggles and day-to-day challenges and the frustrations of trying to find answers. She knows the impact it can have on clients and their loved ones.
She believes that everyone is unique and that is reflected in the way she works. She doesn’t adhere to the ‘one size fits all’ approach and treats her clients as individuals with their own specific challenges and requirements. She takes time to listen and understand them so that each plan is tailor made to the client and they get exactly what they need at the right time. As a Specialist Practitioner with The Chrysalis Effect she works with the Nutrition and Thyroid/Adrenals areas for referral.
Elaine is a Registered Nutritional Therapist. She is a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine), ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and registered with CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council), a government appointed accrediting body that ensures all registrants are bound by the highest standards of conduct. She is also a Chrysalis Effect Specialist Practitioner and an ILM accredited Wellbeing Coach.
An initial FREE 30-minute, no obligation Discovery Call is an opportunity to get to know you better, listen to your concerns and explain how she can help you.

Amanda has trained to the highest standards in many different modalities, leaving no stone unturned to understand and treat her own condition. Using her previous experience as a Metropolitan Police Criminal Intelligence Analyst, Amanda uses her research and analytical skills to fully understand the individual needs of her clients.

Amanda works on these levels, clearing past traumas and unresolved memories, including ancestral. She also runs online workshop to teach ‘The Balance Procedure’, an effective yet simple energy technique to balance the emotions.
Another foundational tool that Amanda uses is Autonomic Response Testing (ART) developed by Dr Klinghardt, which is a very sophisticated system grounded in the theories of biophoton physics and looks at what effects our body and our autonomic nervous system. This method allows Amanda to treat people in a very unique way.
To compliment her Autonomic Response Testing work Amanda has also trained in Photonwave Light Therapy, TMJ Therapy, Scar Release work, Emotional Freedom Technique and Advance Nerve Reflexology.

Michael has completed over 85 speaking engagements, mentored student Master Herbalists, and written and had published on a wide range of topics regarding health and herbal medicine.
"Clients come to me for many reasons, we know that the mind and body are inextricably linked, having come through my own journey with regards to a multitude of injuries and pain syndromes. I later realised these pain syndromes were common amongst the average individual who has not put their body through the same abuse that I have over a 27-year period. Through reading and understanding, the work of Dr. John Sarno brought a great understanding to the mysterious questions about my pain issues. For example, based on the results of my spinal MRI, it would be very reasonable to conclude that I should be in pain 24/7 yet, this was not the case. As a matter of fact, there were massive gaps of time between these manifestations. This taught me that the emotional aspect of pain manifestation is quite powerful and brought much into perspective when looking at connections between times of emotional trauma and upticks of pain."
